This is a webcomic created by Arthur Spitzer that is based on an old comic strip he drew back in high school called Despert-radoes back in 1993.

He also did the LNH Webcomic based on the Legion of Net.Heroes.

And he’s currently working on a color porn webcomic called Just Wanna Do Porn Webcomics (which is NSFW and should only be read by people 18 or older of age).
